There is a great deal more to do and see in Cleveland than some people might expect. During the summertime, visitors to the city need to make sure that they have at least one night available to take in a Cleveland Indians baseball game. True, maybe the team does not have the reputation of the Chicago Cubs or New York Yankees, but that does not mean that they are not a good team, and the amicable nature, and love the home crowd feels for their team makes it a great night out.

The shopping in Cleveland is better than you might expect from a Midwestern town. The best shopping can be found in the Tower City district. Not only does this area have some excellent shopping opportunities, but it is also built over an old train terminal.

If the weather is bad, there are plenty of things that can be done inside. Things that the entire family is going to enjoy. Cleveland has several wonderful museums. Between the Children’s Museum, the Great Lakes Science Center, and the Museum of Natural History you will be too busy to care about a little rain during your vacation. Museums are not the only rainy day option that Cleveland has to offer. They also have the I-X Indoor Amusement Park where some people have managed to spend their entire vacation.
